1. Booking & Reservation
- Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- A booking is only considered confirmed once the requested payment or deposit has been received.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 7 days prior to check-in: Full refund.
- Cancellations made 3-7 days prior to check-in: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in: No refund.
3. Check-in & Check-out
- Standard check-in time: 12:00 PM.
- Standard check-out time: 10:00 AM.
- Request for early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to maintain the decorum of the cottage and respect the natural surroundings. Any damage caused to the property will be charged to the guest.
5. Limitation of Liability
Apple Garden Cottage shall not be liable for any loss or damage to guest property or any injury sustained during mountain activities.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Uttarakhand, India.
